Step #1. Clip end loops to upper anchors. Clip middle loop to bottom anchor (clipping middle loop to upper anchor wastes webbing).

Step #2. Equalize and tie figure eight knot (you can substitute an overhand knot, but it may be harder to untie). Resulting two loops can be used as one or separately (shown) for belay. Don't forget to anchor for upward pull.
