Twist-racking slings and cordage
Christian showed me this nifty trick for racking slings, Web-o-lette's and
cordelettes. It's simple and surprisingly effective.
Tim: I also use it to rack slings with biners on both ends, a la quickdraw.
Twist and clip the rope-end biner into the pro-end biner, they are easy to
rack and faster to pull and clip than a tripled sling because when you
clip the pro your hand is already in place to pull down the rope end
biner. with a little practice you can clip and extend the sling in one
smooth motion. I carry a few this way and a few tripled for variety.
